I recently went here for the first time to get my 35" tires balanced. They did a great job and I'm happy with the service.
Everyone here was friendly. I got to meet the owner, Will, while I was there and I'm writing this review because I was impressed at the quality of customer service he and his employees offered.
I was given some misinformation by the first employee that helped me, but when I later confirmed it with Will, he quickly provided me with the correct information, found the employee and game him the correct information, and then offered me a small discount for my trouble.
In my opinion, the situation couldn't have been handled any better, which is why I am recommending BWW.

P.S. Will, if you read this I want to say that I got the impression that some of your employees have greater potential, but rely on you to make most decisions. As someone with a small amount of business experience, I can say that if you reward your employees for making decisions on their own, the leaders will show themselves quickly and your business will grow even quicker for it.

Will gave me a great deal on some tires which were installed quickly and very well. He even payed for an uber ride for me back to work while the job was being done. Will goes out of his way to satisfy his customers
