As one of the commenters below also pointed out, the melted ice cream was served with just the toppings on top. I have now been to this shop twice. The first time I went ordered the same thing. It was served, blended. It was great. I kept thinking about it so went back again for more. On the second occasion, I was served vanilla ice cream with a little coconut and half of a bite sized brownie on top. On the bottom was boring vanilla ice cream. I went back inside to ask what went awry and was told condescendingly that "this is how we serve it, if you want something different you need to be more specific". I see on a reply to a near identical post below that this is not what was supposed to happen. I think they tried to cut corners because it was busy. The condescending attitude really left me with a bad feeling... So much so that I am still thinking about it today.

Anyway, if you go- be specific. Otherwise they will serve you boring ice cream and be condescending about it. If I wanted a scoop of vanilla with a bit of coconut and half a bite sized brownie on top , I could make that at home and not wait 30 minutes for it.

Edit: I was never offered to fix my ice cream. This is not a true statement. I would have taken you up on it.
