LongHorn Steakhouse at 2933 Clark Butler Boulevard, Gainesville, Florida.

If I had been alone I would have given 5 stars. My steak was perfectly rare & my french fries were crispy as requested. Service was fast as we told our server we were on lunch hour. Warm delicious bread came quickly. Unfortunately, my co-workers weren't as lucky. Their steaks also came as rare or even rarer than mine but they had ordered medium rare to medium well. While I ate they all had theirs returned to the kitchen for more cooking. By the time their's came back out we had to go. So all they had for their Administrative Assistant day lunch were baked potatoes. They did say they were delicious.
