Easily the worst eyebrow waxing I have ever received :'(
I had gone here for the first time 3 weeks ago, and Kim did an amazing job on my gel nails. Super sweet person, took her time, and my nails looked great.

Unfortunately today, when I returned, I did not have the same experience. I was rushed into the waxing, the lady did not listen to my request to just shape - instead taking off a large area of my full brows, AND left them uneven, and burned me with the wax leaving a line of red burned painful skin under my brow. I was upset but there was nothing to be done - just time will heal my skin and let my brows grow back. >:( Right after this waxing I went for gel nails, and unfortunately also had a poor experience; the lady left my nails unevenly filed and not rounded symmetrically. I am extremely unhappy overall with this experience today and consider it a painful waste of money - lesson learned, ask for Kim or don't go. :'/
