Wanted to share how great VW of Gainesville really is. My wife and I recently bought a used vehicle from them a few weeks ago. First we dealt with Ahmed, who was just awesome. Very friendly and never felt pressured to make any decision right away. Definitely see him if you visit this dealership.

A week after we bought the vehicle, the battery died. We took it back and dealt with Amber at the service department and explained what happened after just a week, they replaced the battery with a new one for FREE. Then two days after this, one of the car door handles came right OFF when I tried to open the door. I called Amber again, she told us bring it in. They fixed the door handle, again for FREE.

I can't explain how grateful my wife and I were for the great customer service. They were all very friendly and understanding the whole time. I highly recommend this dealership and they've more than earned our future business for going above and beyond.
